Backorders are filled within 30 business days.
You say the patches were "rejected", what does that mean?
There was a dye-lot change in our proprietary safari color de-lustered olive and the patches we had in stock no longer matched. So we put the patches on hats instead of in the landfill.
Can you ship USPS?
Yes, Red Oxx will ship USPS upon request. Simply state, "Please ship USPS" in the cart comments during checkout and we will adjust your billing accordingly.
