Which Age Better: Grecian Columns Or Your Gear?

Plan a trip, research your gear, pack carefully, and then discover along the way that your gear just works. That's the experience of this Adventure Journal entry. Doesn't that just make your day, Dayna?
Dear Red Oxx,

I just returned from a trip in the Mediterranean, starting in Venice, Italy and making the rounds to Athens, the Greek islands of Mykonos, Rhodes and Delos and a final stop in Dbrovnik, Croatia.

Just before leaving, I purchased the Gator and C-Ruck and managed to get everything I needed into both bags. The big plus was that I was able to use the C-Ruck as carry-on luggage, so I didn't have to worry about my gear not making the destination.

The trip was fantastic and so were the Red Oxx bags.

I'd researched carefully before the purchase and it paid off handsomely.

In fact, the biggest challenge when carrying my Gator was to make certain it stayed with me and didn't get carried off by a passerby. These bags get a surprising amount of attention. (And when you meet a fellow Red Oxx enthusiast, be prepared to listen to how much s/he loves the bags.)

Red Oxx lives up to the hype. I wasn't easy on the bags, but they show zero wear and tear.

Thanks for a great bag!

Sincerely,
Dayna Christopher

Thanks for saying so, Dayna. And yes, there is something about finding another Red Oxx patron out there along the way or your travels. People with good taste often find they have so many things in common...like carry-on luggage. Cheers, Jim Markel CEO
