Cleaning Instructions

It's important to clean your bag properly to avoid damaging the coated lining. Do not use a washing machine or dryer, as this can cause damage to the product and the machine. Instead, use tepid water and mild soap, scrub the bag, rinse very well, and hang dry.

*Improper cleaning will void the warranty.

Now that you've washed your bag and have it ready to ship there's just a couple other things we'd like you to know.

Precautions and Policies

Red Oxx has certain precautions and policies in place to ensure the
continuation of our warranty program.

For example, all bags must be sent in for a warranty
repair; Red Oxx does not offer a loaner bag program.

Common repairs include patching holes, mending tears, seam separation, fraying, broken zippers and more.

Some things like frays and zipper separation can be easy to fix without sending your bag in for repairs. Check out this article to see if you can fix it yourself.


*Warranty repairs do not cover intentional damage or physical
modifications made by the owner.

Note: Adding your own patches will not void the warranty.

*Here are a few things our warranty doesn't cover: Aesthetics such as
stains, fading over time from UV exposure, mildew spots, lingering odors and delamination. Suffice to say our warranty covers the structural integrity of the bag. Additionally, lost or stolen items cannot be covered by our warranty.

Once your Red Oxx gear has been received we will email you an electronic invoice for the return shipping. This ensures it will be ready to ship when repairs are completed.

Return Shipping costs up to $15 for Domestic Ground or $30-$55 for International destinations.  Upon completion you will receive an email from with a link to tracking information. 

Repairs can take up to 90 Days to complete. Holidays and busy times such as the Christmas season can affect this turn time as well.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!

Products must be clean and free of debris or they will be returned unrepaired.  Please remove all personal items from your bag before sending it in. Red Oxx is not responsible for items left inside

Shipping to and from Red Oxx is at the customer’s expense. Shipping your item with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance is encouraged.

*Longevity* Taking loving care of your gear will ensure it lasts longer without issues. The more care you apply, the longer it will endure.
