Red Oxx customers have the greatest stories. If you’ve seen our Adventure Journals, you know there are few places on the face of planet Earth that haven’t seen a Red Oxx bag.

Red Oxx partnered with Shopper Approved in 2021. Shopper Approved is a widely regarded customer review software that integrates well with search engines and is monitored and controlled by Shopper Approved for honesty and integrity.
In addition Shopper Approved offers a merchant experience review option. During checkout you’ll be able to leave this Merchant Review right after you make your purchase. After 60 days from the date of your purchase you’ll be able to leave a gear review. This request will arrive via an email invitation from Shopper Approved, not Red Oxx, so be sure to be on the lookout for it.

How to Create a Stunning Merchant Experience Review:

  1. Give your merchant review a clever “Title” — make it a quick one-liner that summarizes how you feel.
  2. Next, rate your merchant experience from 1 to 5 stars. 1 star means that you had a bad shopping experience, 3 means it was okay, kinda average, 5 stars means your shopping experience was tops, smooth as butter.
  3. Enter your first name or initials. Shopper Approved won’t publish a new anonymous review, but they will also guard your identity, so no last names will be published.
  4. Write your review about your experience using the website, communications with customer service, if any.
  5. Your review will be read by Red Oxx Customer Care. If there are any problems, our Customer Care team will contact you directly to resolve any issues, or to make notes for reporting functional issues to our website platform hosting service.

How to Write a Dazzling Gear Review:

  1. After 60 days from date of purchase Shopper Approved will send you an email requesting a product review. Again, you won’t get a request from Red Oxx so whitelist Shopper Approved.
  2. Give your review a smart, short summary Title of your impressions of the gear you purchased.
  3. Leave a first name or initials. Your privacy is protected, so no last names or locations. “Anonymous” reviews won’t be published.
  4. Rate your gear 1 to 5 stars. 1 it sucked, 3 was it’s okay, and 4 or 5 stars you loved it and recommend it.
  5. Write your review, tell us what you like about your gear and why. Think in ways that would describe the product to a friend, and that you liked this or that or maybe something needs to be revised. Include a particular trip or feature that is memorable. Note that Red Oxx pays attention, the entire laptop lineup was revised from customer review suggestions. So your opinion counts.
  6. Submit your review. If there is a bad review, Red Oxx Customer Care will contact you to work to resolve your issue. We believe in our gear and feel that you will, too.

If there is a review that Red Oxx feels is not in line with our gear or services, Red Oxx will appeal the review to be removed by Shopper Approved. Only they can remove a review. You will be contacted by Red Oxx Customer Care if such a review appears, because we want your experience to be the best ever.
