Red Oxx cannot accept returns on used once products or products older than 90 days (from date of purchase).
Before using your Red Oxx product, it's recommended to do a "trial pack" before taking it on a trip. Make sure the size and style are right for you. By doing a mock-up pack job, you’ll determine right away if the bag will work for you.
