Tell Us What You Think – Customer Product Reviews

Review Your Favorite Bags on Redoxx.com

Red Oxx customers have the greatest stories. If you’ve seen our Adventure Journals, you know there’s few places on the face of planet Earth that haven’t seen a Red Oxx bag pass through.

From any product page on the website, you can rate your gear from 1 to 5 stars and share with a written review, the good (and not so good, if you feel that way), about your Red Oxx gear.

We’d like to thank you in advance for sharing your experiences.

How to review a product:

  1. Find the product you’d like to review on our website using the search box in the upper right hand corner or search in your favorite search engine.
  2. Locate the "Customer Reviews" under the main Photos.
  3. Sign in to write a review" “Please log in to write a review” text link.
  4. Log into your account using either a password or the access code via email.
  5. Give your review a "Title" — make it a quick one-liner that summarizes how you feel.
  6. Next, rate this product from 1 to 5 stars. (1 means that you don’t like the product at all, 5 means you’re really enthusiastic).
  7. Enter your name in the next box. You can, if you wish, remain anonymous.
  8. Enter your location. Again, you can leave it blank if you like.
  9. Enter the email you used to create an account when you ordered. This will confirm you purchased the product. Your email will not be visible to anyone other than our webmaster, the Minister of Information. It will always be secure.
  10. Write your review about your experience using the product, include a particular trip or feature that is memorable.
  11. You’re done after clicking the Send Review button. Your review will be read by the CEO and the Minister of Information before posting live on the website. You will not be notified of this so swing back by and check on your review. We usually publish reviews within 24-48 business hours. Occasionally a review may take up to two weeks to show.

Red Oxx will publish all genuine reviews as they are submitted. So be sure of your grammar and spelling, because we cannot correct it!

Remember, your review will not immediately appear on the website. After we’ve checked it out we’ll mark it for display. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Oxx. So get started already. Brag!
