Q. What are my payment options for my order?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on-line through our PCI compliant secure checkout. We do not currently offer the purchase option of Paypal.

Q. How can I tell if my bag is out of stock (backordered)?
A. When you select the product for purchase, such as when you choose a color that may be out of stock, an availability window will pop up and show as “OUT OF STOCK” if the product is not currently available. We urge you to place your order to place it in our production schedule instead of waiting for it to come back into inventory. Due to frequent backorder inventory status, many products are often out of stock and will only be produced if you have placed an order for them. From there it’s FIFO, and industry term for “First in, first out” –meaning that if someone placed an order before you for a product that is out of stock, they will be shipped their order before yours. Think of it as collecting a “next in line” number while waiting to be served.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Because we are the manufacturer, our pricing is directly based on the cost of raw goods and time in production. Red Oxx does not have any discount programs, aside from never needing to buy another bag.

Q. How long can I expect an item to be listed as out of stock (backorder)?
A. Out of stock products, once ordered, are typically filled within 30 days. By placing your order, regardless of out of stock, you will trigger a purchase order and our production team will place your order in our production cue. Due to the current popularity of some of our products, some products and colors may always be seen as “out of stock”, until you order one, it likely won’t be built, thus always appearing as “out of stock” on the website. Q. How do I order my Red Oxx Bag?
A. Ordering online has never been easier and more secure. Once you’ve decided which bag you’d like to purchase, simply select a color from the drop down menu, select the quantity of product you’d like to purchase. Note that the amount of product will default to one product. Next click on the Add to Cart button. From here you can choose to open an account, use your current account, or use the quick guest check out.

Note: if you do not open an account, or place your order over the phone, you will not be able to track your order through our order tracking. Then follow the instructions on each page of our secure checkout. If you prefer, you may call our customer service representatives at 1-888-733-6999 during normal business hours (MST) and order over the phone.

A. Red Oxx is a direct manufacturer merchant, which means we sell directly to you, without the middle man. All of our products can be viewed and purchased on-line here at www.redoxx.com.

Q. Does Red Oxx sell bags on Amazon?
A. Red Oxx does not sell bags on Amazon. We do not have an Amazon store. Nor do we have any affiliation with them whatsoever. If you see an advertisement posted on the web that says “Red Oxx on Amazon” that is a paid ad by Amazon. While we dislike the practice of using our name for a keyword to advertise for Amazon, sadly there is nothing we can do to stop it. We apologize for any confusion.

Q. Do you sell your bags on ebay?
A. We do not sell our products on ebay. We do not have an ebay store. If we get a used bag returned to us, they are destroyed or donated to charity, depending on their condition. We gladly assist with posting people’s personal bags being sold on ebay on our Red Oxx Bags Facebook page. This helps sellers to get more visibility and acquire a higher resale value for their unwanted bags.

Q. I live over-seas, do you have any international distributors?
A. While we don’t have any distributors over-seas, we do ship internationally via UPS Expedited service or use MyUS, an international shipping consolidation service based in the US.
