You are welcome to return your UN-USED Red Oxx bag for refund or exchange. Simply enclose a copy of the receipt with the merchandise and any special instructions for exchange (i.e., what you'd like to to exchange for, color, etc.). We'll credit your account for the purchase price of the item returned or send the exchange requested. If you no longer have your receipt, you can use "this form" for convenience.
