If you have an account with us you can log in to check order status, ship date, and tracking numbers of your recent orders.

Red Oxx Lifetime Warranty

All Red Oxx travel bags, luggage and gear bags are covered by our famous lifetime warranty. Simply ship the product back to Red Oxx and we will either repair or replace it at no charge. The item will be returned to you "returned shipping paid."


 

Shipping / Handling: Once your Red Oxx gear has been hand crafted...

Shipping within United States:

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS-a street address is required. P.O. Boxes and Military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Options:
  • UPS Ground: 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location in the U.S.
  • UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days.
  • UPS Next Day: Next business day.

Shipping Internationally:

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited service. Phone numbers are required for international orders. Outside the U.S., tariffs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are typically due upon delivery. Red Oxx is unable to undervalue or misrepresent the value of merchandise for customs purposes.

Options:
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: flat rate fee of $65.00. No broker fees.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (Canada): flat rate fee of $30.00. No broker fees.
  • UPS Standard to Canada: shipping rates range from $6.00-32.50. Broker fees are mid-high range using this service.
  • USPS Express Mail International: flat rate $65.00/$30.00(Canada) service for PO Boxes only and the following Canadian territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nanavut.

Handling

All Red Oxx products are manufactured in, and shipped directly from Billings, Montana USA. Handling charges apply.


 

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange items, simply send with your detailed instructions to the following address.
