House Call Doctor & Lil Roy

We needed a rugged medical bag for this mobile practice. After trying other unsat bags, we found Red Oxx. The combination that works well is a double-width CPA bag plus two Lil Roy pouches.
One Lil Roy contains antibiotics and other meds we need on hand in the middle of the night. The other, in a different stand-out color, includes the scalpels, lidocaine and other gear to sew you shut again.
Our list of mobile gear seems to keep climbing. Looks like our next addition will be a Sun Chaser or Flying Boxcar with the padded bottom to protect the equipment.

this is a great little tool bag...i use mine to carry a few screwdrivers, my volt meter, a flashlight, an adjustable wrench and some other small electrical tools.. i work on commercial cooking equipment, and this bag is the perfect size to carry into a busy hotel, restaurant or hospital kitchen... great product....

I keep buying these as inexpensive (not cheap), unique, made in America gifts. I use my own to carry maps, the others I have given as gifts are used for tools, travel toileties and one is a CCW. Great product.

I purchased two of these bags expecting to use one for toilet articles and medications and the other for electronic gear. Both were to fit in my PR 5 duffel. I should have bought four. One has been "borrowed" by my wife (she says she has a thousand uses for it) and I use the other to carry my Bose Soundlink portable speaker which fits the device as if it were made for it. Like the PR5, this bag is very well designed, strong and attractive. The wide selection of colours allows one to know what each bag contains, making organization of small stuff much easier. I will be ordering two more in different colours. This is an exceptionally good product and well worth the price.

I use two of these with my railroad grip to hold all the small crap I carry around for days on end up and down the rails. These are the ultimate organizer for things like cell phone cords, bottles of Tylenol and vitamins. The railroad grip doesn't have any small pockets, so this serves the function that Tupperware containers used for me, and at a fraction of the weight. I can see having a few more of these for other things in my car or vacations with the daughter in tow..... The are small caves that hold ALOT of stuff!!!!

I grabbed this little guy to go along with my Air Boss. I pack all my chargers, along with little things I want to access during a flight- Ipod, etc.
It's a shelter in the storm of my luggage- I can quickly locate small items that would otherwise sink to the bottom of my Air Boss. I even put my watch, change, etc. into Lil Roy before going through security.
My wife used it for our SLR camera while in St. John & it fit perfectly.
A "no brainer" purchase to go along with a larger bag purchase.

I bought the Lil Roy to replace a bag that failed me in short order.
My main use of the bag is to carry food items while I'm in the field. Working inside petrochemical plants and chemical plants, we sometimes don't know when we'll be able to break and get a meal. With the Lil Roy, I can take energy bars, dried fruits and a couple of bottles of water with me.
My gear isn't treated well and this bag has held up extremely well to the punishment.
I'll be purchasing another one real soon to use as a small equipment bag for some of my test equipment.
The fact that the Lil Roy is manufactured in the United States is a real big plus to me.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my husband. It's a very well-made product and a good, portable size. His e-reader and related items fit in it very well. He looks forward to using Lil Roy for amateur radio-related electronics as well. It's a great take-along bag, sturdy enough for camping and travel, and it looks good. Thanks for the really great product!

The bag is a great addition to my travel gear, providing a convenient place to stash "stuff". It's big enough to hold many items, but still small enough to be a "bag within a bag". My only potential negative is that the exterior material color is also on the inside. This can make it a bit difficult finding items quickly, as it can be "dark" in the bag if you have the navy or black fabric. My next one will be in a lighter color to make it easier to find things inside. Otherwise, it gets a solid 5 stars!

I admit I got a Lil Roy thinking I would use it as a packing cube or gadget bag, but it's turned into one of my favorite Red Oxx pieces of kit.
You see, I forgot to bring purse on my last bizz trip and a Lil Roy worked amazingly well instead!

I use this bag to carry all of the assorted cords and wires that the digital life accumulates when traveling.
It stays packed at home, we just grab the bag and go.
I like the mesh inside pockets, it gives me a place to put pens and pencils. I also found it very convenient for the spare change that you accumulate while traveling. Just zip it up and it can go though the scanner at the airport.
If this bag were just a smidgen bigger it would be perfect. It will hold a set of full size headphones with ease, but an iPad just won't fit. While it isn't sold as an iPad bag it is so close to fitting. Just an inch bigger and it would be absolutely perfect.

Took Lil Roy with me for a short visit to Sweden and Denmark.
Great for my camera, notebook, maps, and other odds and ends while walking around and all my cables, chargers, etc on the plane.
Just wish it was a little bit bigger so I could stuff my iPad in it as well.
Glad it came before I left.

I bought this bag to carry my Nook and little digital camera back and forth to work and wherever. It is just the perfect size. I can also carry just my Pen camera and accessories and they fit perfect. I plan on taking this bag to Europe to use as my handbag. Very well made bag. I highly recommend!

I bought this for a two week trip to Europe for storing personal items on the long flights. It easily held my Kindle, camera and Blackberry plus their chargers, as well as snacks and a two guide books with plenty of room left over. In Europe I used it as a day bag for a camera, guide books and small purchases. Now that I am home, I use it as a lunch bag and store it my CPA briefcase.
Buy it. You'll love it.

I have read all of the rave reviews about Red Oxx products so I thought I'd start small and order a Lil Roy. After a week on the road, I am about to place my order for more bags! The Lil Roy is a great little organizer. I used mine for all of my electronics and chargers including the following: Nook and charger, digital camera and charger, Nintendo DS and charger, Ipod with headphones and charger, cell phone charger, and 2 USB converters. It sat in the backseat with me in the car as I rode all over the southeast. I was entertained at all times and all my gear was at my fingertips. Can't wait for my next purchase! Oh, and did I mention how awesome the red color is? I could always find my Lil Roy!

I picked this up after reading the great reviews. They weren't wrong. This bag is perfect for all kinds of things. Right now it carries everything I need to get to and from work: track ball mouse, laptop power pack, over the counter meds, small flashlight, and two phone chargers. Recently I added a small change of clothes to the bag for an overnight business trip. It is really good at being big enough to fit a lot, but not so big where it is hard to stuff it in odd places in your luggage. I have yet to put a net book or tablet in it, but I will be interested to see how it does when the time comes. Quality is amazing. I could drag this thing behind a car and still use it the next day. If you are looking for a catch all bag that will keep you organized but not allow you to over pack (which is a good thing), this is it.
